We have responded to the challenges of COVID-19 by using technology to provide remote/virtual services in the following key areas.
- ISO standards – we have a very good working relationship with major ISO Standard certification bodies, such as SGS and BSI, who are continuing as much as possible with their normal audit schedule using remote auditing. We can continue to support clients working towards certification or recertification. Here is how.
- COVID-19 crisis response – we can provide a short business review to help you assess how well your COVID-19 crisis response is working, enabling you to learn lessons and improve continued and future response. We have done this successfully for various types of organisation, including hospitals, during this current crisis.
- Training – we can offer in-house courses tailored to suit your needs and delivered via a virtual platform, such as our EFQM Certified Foundation course or training to support the implementation of ISO management system standards particularly relevant in the current circumstances, such as ISO 22301 (Business Continuity) or ISO 45001 (Health and Safety).
