Postal Industry

Deregulation in a range of industries is making many organisations take a long hard look at the way they achieve their objectives and goals. The Postal sector is no different and competition is making the achievement of those goals even more difficult. Most National post organisations around the world are looking to see how they can improve the way they work, deliver better performance for their customers and change more quickly in a rapidly evolving world market.

ley hill solutions has many years experience working in the Postal sector. We would like to make you aware of the potential quality solutions we can offer having experienced the successful and not so successful approaches in this market.

If you would like to discuss change management, planning for increasing competition or coping with the ever diversifying environment the postal sector has become, please give us a call or drop us an e-mail.

We will be happy to talk through the issues with you at any time and perhaps give you some ideas on how to proceed.

Crackers !! - World record

ley hill solutions are very proud to announce their involvement in creating the World's Largest Christmas Cracker.

The cracker was designed and built to raise money for Local & National charities and ley hill solutions provided the project management for the whole activity.

Constructed out of wood and cardboard the cracker had to be pulled, go bang, contain gifts and a hat to regain the world record from Australia where it was held for over 2 years.

Construction commenced on a closed road in Ley Hill near Chesham in Buckinghamshire by a team of volunteers and the scale of building a giant cracker some 65metres in length can be seen from the photographs.Overnight the cracker skeleton was illuminated giving a surreal but short-lived sculpture for the local community to admire.

The cracker was pulled on time, raised a significant amount for charity and met all the requirements of the world record.

Well done to everyone involved, especially the parents of children at Ley Hill School and Pre-School.
