Exhibitions

If you are wondering what Management Consultants do, come and visit ley hill solutions at an exhibition where our solutioneers will be on hand to discuss your requirements.

Over the past year we have been asked many times to explain what a Quality Management System (QMS) really is and how it can help individual businesses. Come and talk to us to see if a QMS would help your business to become:

More efficient, More profitable, More marketable

Perhaps you have been failing at the first hurdle in tender applications once the question “please describe your Quality Management System” comes up on the tender submission. Perhaps we can help you to prove you can deliver consistently, manage your business by process and cut out wasted time and effort.

We are quite happy to discuss any of the issues that are affecting your business - especially those things, which perhaps you know you should consider but just haven’t got around to.

Chamber of Trade & Commerce

Many businesses are not aware of, or do not get involved in their local Chamber of Trade & Commerce.

Local organisations can provide significant knowledge and opportunities to meet other businesses in the local area.

Benefits include greater awareness of your own locality – possibly for when you need to recruit more people, finding out that a supplier could come from the local area for a particular product and therefore give a much more personal service or just involvement in local events and supporting the community.

ley hill solutions are pleased that their principle consultant - Graham Hull has been elected to the role of President of the Chesham Chamber of Trade & Commerce. If you are based in the local area and would like to join contact Graham at ley hill solutions.

Commitment to Excellence

The EFQM has launched its new Levels of Excellence Scheme.

The scheme has been designed to increase the opportunities available for organisations to use the EFQM Excellence Model and Assessment Process as a means of determining their own level of Excellence.

It is more inclusive and does not confine opportunities for recognition to role model organisations.

The scheme has three strands:

Each of the three levels of the scheme can be accessed by an organisation independently of each other.

Alternatively, an organisation can use the scheme to plan and structure its improvement programme, starting with Committed to Excellence and progressing ultimately to the EQA.

National Partners such as the British Quality Foundation in the UK operate schemes in each country. Alternatively, for those organisations looking for European wide recognition the EFQM operates schemes directly.

For the Commitment Scheme only five individuals have been trained as validators by the EFQM to operate its Europe wide programme and these people can also provide support for organsiations considering this route to excellence.

ley hill solutions are pleased to announce that Graham Hull is one of the five trained validators for the EFQM - should you wish to know more please contact us
