Tom has over 20 year’s experience of business improvement and development using change and quality management techniques. He has worked with the EFQM Excellence Model for over 10 years, has been an assessor for the UK Excellence Awards since 1998 and a senior assessor since 2002. Award applicants he has covered include finalists and winners as well as those in the early stages of using the Model.
His experience with the Model covers both the public and private sectors across a range of organisational scales from major departments of state and global private sector organisations to privately owned small businesses.
