Rajah is a specialist in Employee Opinion research and has considerable experience in employee engagement and the use of employee insight research, effectively using views and opinions to aid strategic decision making as well as improving the working environment.
During a 20 year career within Royal Mail in roles ranging from front line operations to strategic and operational development his responsibilities included delivering the “Have Your Say” employee opinion survey, the largest single survey of its type in Europe.
He led its strategic use as a mechanism for employee engagement and dialogue, championing employee opinion and its appropriate use both within Royal Mail Group and externally.
