Value for Money

It’s not just about the salary of the person you are replacing the real value for money comes from not having to add in recruitment costs, bonuses, absence pay, national insurance contributions, pension, health and other company benefits.

It is accepted that a manager earning £50,000 a year will actually cost the company a further 50% (£75,000) by the time the additional costs are added in, leaving consultancy and interim management much more attractive options.

Our charges are based on the type of role and person selected for the role.

Middle / senior manager rates vary but are typically between £500 - £1000 per day, plus VAT and expenses.

If you have executives unavailable for any reason give us a call and see if we can find the right person for you whether that are for a short term consultancy basis or for a typical 3 to 9 month period of interim management.
