Ester Wegher

Ester WegherEster has worked in the fields of quality, environment and safety for nearly twenty five years at senior management level across various organisations and sectors.  She has implemented and trained organisations in ISO standards throughout the world and has been a professional ISO Auditor for over seven years, having assessed many different types of organisation.

She is a qualified Lead Auditor for ISO management system standards 9001 (Quality), 14001 (Environment) and 45001 (Health and Safety), as well as having qualifications, knowledge and experience in ISO 27001 (Information Security) and 22301 (Business Continuity) and being a member of both IOSH and IEMA professional safety and environmental organisations.

Ester has worked extensively with various certification bodies, such as Bureau Veritas and SGS, not only to assess companies for compliance, but also as an in-house and public course trainer in management system standards for clients including Transport for London and BOSCH.

She is an experienced virtual classroom trainer, working with certification bodies to develop and deliver ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 virtual classroom courses for international clients such as NOKIA, Fujitsu and John Crane.

Such is our confidence in her knowledge and abilities that we have used Ester to provide a number of our own people with training, as well as clients.

She is expert in the integration of management systems and multi-standard auditing for both management and certification purposes.

Her consultancy work includes risk assessments, assessing client’s compliance to legislative requirements, international standards such as ISO, sector standards such as SQAS and internal standards.

Ester has achieved excellent results in the Cefic Safety & Quality Assessment System (SQAS) for Transport companies and has developed comprehensive Business Continuity Management systems. She has also been instrumental in the relocation of a manufacturing company regarding all safety, environmental and quality aspects and worked in many business sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, logistics, pharmaceuticals, chemical, construction, waste and plastics industries.
